Dr. Navya Vishnu is a research engineer in the flood team at Verisk. She is responsible for flood vulnerability modeling of buildings and structures. She earned her PhD in civil and environmental engineering from Rice University in Houston, TX, where she focused on probabilistic methods for quantifying risk, resilience, and sustainability of bridges and road networks.
