Data Privacy Notice For Business Contact Personal Information

This Data Privacy Notice (“Notice”) applies solely to California consumers (hereinafter, “you” or “your”) whose business contact personal information AIR Worldwide Corporation (hereinafter, “we” “our” or “us”) collected from our services providers and/or customers to aid in providing or receiving a product or service.  

Personal information we collect

We have collected personal information in the following categories within the last 12 months: 





Real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, e-mail address, account name, or other similar identifiers


Personal information categories in California Civil Code §1798.80(e)

Name, signature, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information


Protected classification characteristics

Records of personal property and products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies


Internet or another similar network activity

Browsing history, search history, information on a consumer’s interaction with a website, application, or advertisement

Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information


Professional or employment-related information

Current or past job history;  performance evaluations


Education information as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)

Records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records


Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a consumer profile

Sensitive personal information

Inference: A derivation of information, data, assumptions, or conclusions from facts, evidence

Profile: information reflecting a consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes

·       Social security number, driver’s license number, state identification card, passport number

·       Account log-in, financial account, debit card, or credit card number in combination with any required access or security code, password, or similar credentials allowing access to an account

·       Precise geolocation (data or information derived from a device or technology used or intended to be used to locate a consumer within a geographical radius of 1,750 feet)

·       Racial or ethnic origin, citizenship or immigration status, religious or philosophical beliefs, or union membership

·       Contents of a mail, email, and text messages where the business or controller is not the intended recipient of such communication

·       Genetic data

·       Biometric information (physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying information, such as fingerprints, faceprints and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data)

·       Personal information concerning medical history, mental or physical health condition, diagnosis, or treatment

·       Personal information concerning sex life or sexual orientation


Sources from which we obtain personal information

We obtain personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you: for example, from forms you complete or products and services offered to you through us, as well as when you communicate with us, such as when you send an e-mail or communication through a social media platform
  • Indirectly from you: for example, from action you take when visiting our websites or that is collected automatically
  • Clients and third parties in connection with products and services they provide to you
  • From our affiliates and subsidiaries
  • Publicly available sources


Purposes for which personal information is collected

We may use personal information that we collect for one or more of the following purposes:

We do not sell or share consumers’ personal information.

  • The right to know what personal information has been collected about you, including the categories of personal information, the categories of sources from which personal information is collected, the purpose(s) for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information (as applicable), and the categories of third parties to whom personal information has been disclosed
