Aaron Michel

Jonathan Schneyer was a Risk Consultant at AIR and a member of AIR’s Global Resilience Practice from 2018. His was responsible for bringing catastrophe models and the valuable information they provide to the public sector. His work included helping clients understand and address future risk with regards to climate change, quantifying the benefits of mitigation studies, performing risk analyses to identify the dominant hazards to a given region and supporting the set up of risk transfer products. Jon earned a B.S. in Geology and an M.S. in Hydrogeology from University of Massachusetts, in addition to receiving an M.S. in Natural Hazards and Catastrophes from the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science at the University of Miami. He left AIR in 2021.
