Barbara Chang joined AIR in 2012 and is a Senior Engineer in the San Francisco office. She is a registered civil engineer and holds a PhD from UCSD in geotechnical engineering. She has worked on developing risk models for global supply networks, catastrophe engineering, and disaster risk financing.
