Dr. Kazi Farzan Ahmed is a senior scientist and manager for Verisk’s extreme event solutions team, working with the agricultural risk modeling group. Kazi earned a PhD and an MS in environmental engineering from the University of Connecticut and a BS in civil engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
