Canceling an Activity

 

When the status of an activity is anything other than "Completed" or "Completed with Exceptions", you can cancel the activity from the Activity List.

  The Cancel Activity icon is not available for activities whose type is "Delete".

To cancel an activity:

1.      In the Activity List, right-click an activity whose status is not "Completed" or "Completed With Exceptions" and then select Cancel Activity , or click Cancel Activity on the ribbon.

2.      In the Selected Activities will be canceled dialog box, click OK.

3.      When the cancelation is complete, the status will be "Canceled".
