AIR Benefits: United States
AIR provides its employees with excellent benefits including: competitive

annual bonus. A few of the benefit plans are outlined below. Information regarding

Medical Coverage
Full-time employees, their life partner and any dependents are eligible to receive medical
coverage effective the first day of the employees employment. AIR offers both HMO
(Health Maintenance Organization) and
PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) medical plan options.
Dental Coverage
Full-time employees, their life partner and any dependents (until the age of 19 or
full-time students until the age of 23) are eligible to receive dental coverage
effective the first day of the employees employment through the Delta Dental Premier plan.
401(k) Plan
AIR offers a generous 401(k) plan with a wide variety of income investment options. There is no waiting period to be eligible.
