Used for a Non-Catastrophe analysis, this table stores information about the custom, user-defined loss cost calculator that the loss analysis engine uses instead of the calculations provided by ISO's Loss Cost Calculator. 

The loss analysis engine applies the rules (based on geography, construction, and occupancy) to locations after calculating the loss costs, adjusting the number up or down by the adjustment factor when there is a matching rule that applies.
