Code that represents the hazard attribute type, which is used to indicate if the attribute takes a range of value or just single value.

Code that represents the hazard attribute subset hierarchy when applicable.  

For example, HazardAttributeCodes 117, 118, and 119 have a SubsetHazardAttributeCode of 116. 

The codes are the same as listed in HazardAttributeCode.

Corresponds to the code in HazardAttributeCode.
